WAM Pennings is specialized in the cultivation of the four-leaf clover. Its Latin name is Oxalis deppei Iron Cross and this product grows very well on the sandy soils in the surroundings around our facilities. This four-leaf clover is used for various purposes, but the largest market is potted cultivation. The product is very popular in Germany where it is grown by the millions for New Years Eve where it has a tradition of being given away as a gift item to bring good luck to the recipient.
