Triumph tulips are one of the largest groups of tulips. Triumph tulips have a typical classic tulip shape, some oval flowers, which stand on a strong stem and can withstand wind and weather well. It is a cross between early tulips and Darwin tulips and other late single-flowered tulips. As a result, these tulips have beautiful strong stems and a perfect flower shape.
They bloom in the middle of spring in all kinds of colors and shades, some are even fragrant.
The leaves are usually blue-green, but can also be yellow-green or variegated.
These tulips are about 25 to 50 cm high. Triumph tulips are very suitable tulips as cut flowers because they can be processed well by the growers due to their tight leaves and for that reason they are common in plant guides. Triumph tulips are therefore also very suitable for a vase.
